Changing of the guard at NCO

Posted: June 23, 2014 in Uncategorized

Steve, KJ4FEL has retired from the PSG as a NCO. He has taken on new employment roles and his time is very limited. Steve was one of the first NCO’s to join the PSGN and he will be missed. We hope to hear him on the airwaves soon! I’m sure Steve will still be an active Skywarn Spotter when time allows.

We would also like to announce a new addition to the PSGN family. John Crowe, N4LBX of Hickory has come aboard as a new NCO for us and we are pleased to have him.  John is also a Net Control Station for Charlotte Regional Skywarn, and holds a General Class License. In addition to weather, he enjoys getting on HF and working a little DX as well as wetting a line fishing.  Be sure to welcome John to the PSG when you hear him on the air.
