It is with regret that we announce the passing of an active Amateur Radio member from our community. Barry Finley, AG4I from Lincolnton NC has passed away. Barry has been an Amateur Radio operator for a long time. His first call was KB4CDX as a novice, and later AD4LI as an Extra, before obtaining the 2X1 call AG4I. Barry was involved with the 145.350 Repeater located in Dallas NC, as a trustee for many years. Barry will surly be missed in the community.

Barry was an Auto Diesel Mechanic
He attended Lincolnton High School and Gaston College
He enjoyed being around people and helping others in need.
He was an Amateur Radio Operator and met many people all over the world.
He loved the Lord most and his family. He strived to make his family happy. He worked hard and never met a stranger.
He loved reading especially his Bible. He read the Bible through 36 times as well as other books. He enjoyed Christian music and loved Israel. He was very Patriotic and followed the current news and politics.

He will be missed by those who love and knew him.
